Strengthening Néolithe’s governance

To support its ambition to roll out high-capacity plants in France, Néolithe, a company specializing in the recovery of final waste into aggregates, has strengthened its governance with the arrival of its new Deputy Managing Director, Thibaud de La Brosse, and the structuring of its Management Committee.

100,000-ton plants for industrial scale-up

Thanks to its Accelerated Fossilization solution for non-hazardous and non-recyclable waste, Néolithe is preparing to deploy carbon sequestration plants that can be replicated on a large scale in many regions of France. Each facility, with an annual capacity of 100,000 tonnes of treated waste, will reduce and sequester around 50,000 tonnes of CO2eq* per year, and generate an average of 50 non-relocatable jobs per site.

« Our teams have been working for months on this new plant model, which is more robust, replicable and meets strong market expectations. Each new plant installed will enable us to do more to limit climate change. Néolithe’s ambition is to participate in the construction of a New Industry, which tackles the environmental issue head-on. » explains Clément Bénassy, CEO and co-founder of Néolithe.

New Deputy Managing Director to lead operations and industrial deployment

After more than 15 years’ experience in waste recycling and recovery, Thibaud de La Brosse joins Néolithe to manage operations and oversee the industrial roll-out of the business. A graduate of the École Polytechnique and Imperial College London, he began his career with the Veolia Group in 2007, where he held the positions of Plant Manager in the Hauts-de-France region, Transformation Manager for the Île-de-France region and Deputy Regional Manager for the Île-de-France region. He was also a member of the Executive Committee of Veolia’s Recycling & Waste-to-Value France business unit.

« I’m very honored and excited to be joining Néolithe to take part in this ambitious project: industrialization throughout France. It meets a clear need in the sector for the treatment of final waste. I’m determined, along with my teams, to take up this great challenge ! » explains Thibaud de La Brosse.

A stronger Codir to support growth

Thibaud de La Brosse joins a company of 200 employees led by a strengthened Management Committee (Codir).

Over the past few months, Néolithe has consolidated its management team in strategic positions with a view to accelerating sales and industrial deployment, notably with the arrival of an Administrative and Financial Director, a Sales Director and a Public Affairs Director.
